  5. This program requires a file called vbrun300. You can
  6. find this on most BBS's and Online Services.

  8. The _winto10.zip file has these files:
  9. winto10.exe
  10. readme.txt

  12. The game is easy to play. You must have an opponent to play.
  13. At the beginning of the game, it asks you what your names are.
  14. once in the game, at the bottom, it says that it is player 1's
  15. turn. Just click and give the mouse to your opponent, so he/she
  16. can play. When all of the boxes are marked, you have to decide
  17. who one, or if it's a cat's game.

  19. Later versions might have added features such as:
  20. The ability to tell when someone wins,
  21. A timer, to see how long it takes to win
  22. A "Low Time" table for the winner to put his initials
